Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed in the Kublita Parts shop. By placing an order, you accept them.

1. The seller

UAB "Kublita", company code 305208855, VAT code LT100012520015, Katiliškių g. 141, Katiliškės, LT-13280 Vilniaus r., Lithuania.

2. Account and orders

• You need an account to see prices and place orders. Keep your login details safe: orders placed with your account are treated as yours.
• An order is binding once we confirm it by email.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if a part is no longer available or a price is clearly wrong. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros and are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies. Picking up your order is free; for delivery by transport we send you a price quote.

4. Payment

• You pay at checkout, using one of the payment methods shown there.
• If you pay by bank transfer, put the order number (for example S01234) in the payment reference. We prepare the order once the payment reaches our account.
• The parts remain our property until they are paid in full.

5. Delivery

• Pickup: collect your order at our factory, Katiliškių g. 141, Katiliškės, Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 (Lithuanian time). We let you know when it is ready.
• Transport: choose "Transport – quote for delivery", and we contact you with the delivery price and date before we ship.
• Check the parts when you receive them, and tell us about anything missing or damaged within 3 working days.

6. Returns

• Business customers: parts can be returned only by prior agreement with us.
• Consumers (if you buy as a private person): you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the parts, without giving a reason. Tell us by email at info@kublita.lt and send the parts back unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days, at your own cost. We refund the price within 14 days of receiving them.
• Parts cut to length or made to your order, such as hoses sold by the metre, cannot be returned.

7. Warranty

• Consumers have the statutory 2-year guarantee that the parts conform to the contract.
• Business customers: we repair or replace parts with a manufacturing defect reported within 12 months of delivery.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear, wrong installation or use, or damage after delivery.

8. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the price of the parts concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We try to settle any dispute by talking to you first; otherwise it goes to the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumers may also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, www.vvtat.lt).

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.
